Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD163L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 486 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD163L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT10, ELP2, and MDH1. Each is linked with CD163L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD163L1-to-partner and partner-to-CD163L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUT10 grouped by CD163L1-low versus CD163L1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD163L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD163L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
