CD109

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD109 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD109-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM174, TEK, and DAZ4. Each is linked with CD109 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD109-to-partner and partner-to-CD109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM174 grouped by CD109-low versus CD109-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD109→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
