CCT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P36, GTF3C6P3, and PKN3. Each is linked with CCT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT3-to-partner and partner-to-CCT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P36 grouped by CCT3-low versus CCT3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
