Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR13D3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR13D3P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR13D3P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR13D3P RNA expression shows 8,467 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight OV, KIRC, and LSCC as cancer lineages where OR13D3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
