CCSER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,495 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1H, PKP4_S776, and PPP1R9A_S840. Each is linked with CCSER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER1-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
