Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,421 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP248, PHOSPHO2, and LVRN. Each is linked with CCSER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER1-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
