Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, MLX, and DHDDS. Each is linked with CCSER1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER1-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
