CCSER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCSER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, SERPINA7, and CXorf51A. Each is linked with CCSER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCSER1-to-partner and partner-to-CCSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
