Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNYL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,452 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNYL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF100, ZNF708, and ZNF430. Each is linked with CCNYL6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNYL6-to-partner and partner-to-CCNYL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNYL6 versus ZNF100 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNYL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNYL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
