Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNYL6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCNYL6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CCNYL6 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNYL6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LAML show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where CCNYL6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
