CCNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P23, OR5AL2P, and MIR6129. Each is linked with CCNT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNT1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P23 grouped by CCNT1-low versus CCNT1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
