CCNQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAGE3, MIR153-2, and RN7SKP213. Each is linked with CCNQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNQ-to-partner and partner-to-CCNQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAGE3 grouped by CCNQ-low versus CCNQ-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
