CCNO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL50P, RNU6-147P, and MIR100. Each is linked with CCNO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNO-to-partner and partner-to-CCNO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL50P grouped by CCNO-low versus CCNO-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
