Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL50P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL50P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL50P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RN7SL50P RNA expression shows 5,825 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL50P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RN7SL50P survival associations across molecular data types. RN7SL50P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (15). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RN7SL50P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RN7SL50P expression shows unfavorable associations in KIRP, UCS, LUSC, STAD and KICH, but favorable associations in BLCA. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RN7SL50P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RN7SL50P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RN7SL50P shows higher tumor expression in BRCA. The BRCA box plot shows higher RN7SL50P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.054, t-test p = .003).
