Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,823 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late viral transcription, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with CCNL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNL1 results are reported.
