Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51HP, RNA5SP312, and BRWD1P1. Each is linked with CCNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51HP grouped by CCNA2-low versus CCNA2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
