CCNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-4, OR6N1, and NPVF. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-4 grouped by CCNA1-low versus CCNA1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
