CCN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA3, RASA3_S809, and PDLIM3_S89. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCN5 versus RASA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
