Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02143, RNU7-82P, and RNU6-1292P. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02143 grouped by CCN5-low versus CCN5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
