The most reproducible CCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51I2, NXF1, and NOTUM. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.
