Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,728 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC3, MIR4661, and PELO. Each is linked with CCL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL8-to-partner and partner-to-CCL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL8 versus EXOSC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
