CCL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, GTSE1-DT, and RN7SL104P. Each is linked with CCL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL7-to-partner and partner-to-CCL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by CCL7-low versus CCL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
