CCL23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL23-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP3, LINC02414, and RNU6-391P. Each is linked with CCL23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL23-to-partner and partner-to-CCL23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4BP3 grouped by CCL23-low versus CCL23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
