Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6765, MIR4418, and MIR4734. Each is linked with CCL22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL22-to-partner and partner-to-CCL22 results are reported.
