CCL21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, CALD1_S202, and FHL1. Each is linked with CCL21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL21-to-partner and partner-to-CCL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL21 versus KANK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
