CCL21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,034 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMRN1, SGCA, and MYCT1. Each is linked with CCL21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL21-to-partner and partner-to-CCL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL21 versus MMRN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
