Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6729, SNORA10B, and VTRNA2-2P. Each is linked with CCL21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL21-to-partner and partner-to-CCL21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6729 grouped by CCL21-low versus CCL21-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
