The most reproducible CCL21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane raft localization, CUT catabolic process, and Mesonephric duct development. Each is linked with CCL21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL21-to-partner and partner-to-CCL21 results are reported.
