CCL20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPI, CAMP, and PRTN3. Each is linked with CCL20 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL20-to-partner and partner-to-CCL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL20 versus BPI in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
