CCL20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL8, PI3, and USP6NL. Each is linked with CCL20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL20-to-partner and partner-to-CCL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL20 versus CXCL8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
