CCL20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 178 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AP, SEPTIN14P19, and MIR6784. Each is linked with CCL20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL20-to-partner and partner-to-CCL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AP grouped by CCL20-low versus CCL20-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
