Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL20 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes and DC. Each is linked with CCL20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL20-to-partner and partner-to-CCL20 results are reported.
