Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,615 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of type III interferon production, Negative regulation of cell adhesion molecule production, and Regulation of cell adhesion molecule production. Each is linked with CCL20 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL20-to-partner and partner-to-CCL20 results are reported.
