CCL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8054, RNU1-17P, and RNU4-52P. Each is linked with CCL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL18-to-partner and partner-to-CCL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8054 grouped by CCL18-low versus CCL18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
