CCDC96

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC96 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC96-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and ATM. Each is linked with CCDC96 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC96-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC96 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CCDC96-low versus CCDC96-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC96→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC96) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
