CCDC83

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC83-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-4, ACTG1P25, and ALKBH6. Each is linked with CCDC83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC83-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-4 grouped by CCDC83-low versus CCDC83-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
