Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC83 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC83 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CCDC83 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC83 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LAML show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where CCDC83 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
