The most reproducible CCDC83-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Megakaryocyte differentiation, Nucleotide-binding domain, leucine rich repeat containing receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with CCDC83 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC83-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC83 results are reported.
