CCDC71

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC71 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,582 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC71-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTRNA2-2P, SLC25A4, and UBE2T. Each is linked with CCDC71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC71-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC71 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VTRNA2-2P grouped by CCDC71-low versus CCDC71-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC71→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC71) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
