CCDC68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC68-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB27B, ITPRID2, and MLPH. Each is linked with CCDC68 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC68-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC68 versus RAB27B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
