CCDC68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,173 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC68-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB27B, MICAL2, and INPP1. Each is linked with CCDC68 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC68-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC68 versus RAB27B in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
