CCDC54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,671 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC54-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINGO1-AS2, ENSAP1, and RTCB. Each is linked with CCDC54 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC54-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINGO1-AS2 grouped by CCDC54-low versus CCDC54-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC54→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
