CCDC47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,535 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR1, SYNPO2, and SMAD7. Each is linked with CCDC47 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC47-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC47 versus S1PR1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
