CCDC38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC38-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK2P1, RNA5SP198, and RPL17P2. Each is linked with CCDC38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC38-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK2P1 grouped by CCDC38-low versus CCDC38-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
