CCDC37-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC37-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,538 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC37-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with CCDC37-DT in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC37-DT-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC37-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of DNA repair grouped by CCDC37-DT-low versus CCDC37-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC37-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC37-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
