Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC37-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC37-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CCDC37-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC37-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where CCDC37-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
