CCDC33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC33 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,800 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGB, KSR2, and PCDHGB1. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGB grouped by CCDC33-low versus CCDC33-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
