Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1F, OR13G1, and PTH. Each is linked with CCDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC3-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC3 results are reported.
