CCDC24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, ARHGDIA, and CFAP298. Each is linked with CCDC24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC24-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC24 versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
