Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC169-SOHLH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,606 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC169-SOHLH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi, Smoothened signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with CCDC169-SOHLH2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC169-SOHLH2-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC169-SOHLH2 results are reported.
